Benny Ponto graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Tarumanegara, Jakarta in 1995. He further achieved his Master of Law degree in 2004 from Faculty of Law, University of Padjajaran.
Benny has been practicing as an Advocate since 1997 upon passage of a Bar examination in the same year. Benny focuses on civil and commercial litigation case, bankruptcy case, state administrative court case as well as unfair business competition case.
